The alternating strength and cardio drills keep you on your toes: high-knee jogs, a set of push-ups (girly ones if you have to), high-speed jumping jacks and lunge-squats while curling hand weights. If the half-hour midday class is this intense, the hour-long option will seriously boot you in the you-know-what.
