Every weekend I volunteer with Meredith from Sobel Wellness as her prep assistant. Meredith is very creative with her nutritious, colorful dishes made with ingredients like fruits and vegetables that are always in season. This past weekend we made this beautiful asparagus and pea soup. When eating/cooking, remember to choose what's in season, so that you are consuming fresh, wholesome food.
