Whats your motivation to workout?

why do people not workout or keep consistent?

The #2 biggest reasons Americans don’t exercise is lack of time and boredom.Here are some other reasons:

*Lack of support (that’s a big one)

Self conscious or uncomfortable

Lack of knowledge of proper exercises

Lack of energy

Laziness


how can you stay motivated?
  • Get support!
  • seek suppport from friends/family
  • surround yourself with likeminded individuals
  • get a personal trainer
  • take a fitness class
  • decorate something with a friendly fitness reminder
  • make a list of healthy food choices on your frig so you are reminded daily
  • read my blog or other fitness blogs!
