Whats your motivation to workout?
why do people not workout or keep consistent?
The #2 biggest reasons Americans don’t exercise is lack of time and boredom.Here are some other reasons:
*Lack of support (that’s a big one)
Self conscious or uncomfortable
Lack of knowledge of proper exercises
Lack of energy
Laziness
how can you stay motivated?
- Get support!
- seek suppport from friends/family
- surround yourself with likeminded individuals
- get a personal trainer
- take a fitness class
- decorate something with a friendly fitness reminder
- make a list of healthy food choices on your frig so you are reminded daily
- read my blog or other fitness blogs!
