blog #6 DRINK water....more of it!

My mother use to say the cure to every problem was DRINK WATER!

when i said im____ she said DRINK WATER!
im sick.....drink water
im tierd.....drink water
im sleepy ....drink water
im hungry.....drink water

When you exercise you need to rehydrate more then when you are less active. For every 30 minutes of exercise you need 8 ounces of water.

water helps:
digest your food
prevent constipation
keep you full!
